We are a service-area business serving Australia, operating from Perth, Western Australia. We do not operate a public shopfront.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, business name, email, telephone number, service area, website details, project requirements, proposal decisions and onboarding answers. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, recovery codes or other sensitive credentials through our forms.

Technical information

When you submit a form we briefly record a short one-way fingerprint (a hash) of your internet connection address, purely to count submissions and stop automated abuse of our forms. It is not your address in readable form, it is not used to identify you, it is not combined with your enquiry, and it is deleted once the short counting period has passed.

If the link you followed includes campaign source, medium and campaign tags, we hold those tags in this browser tab until you submit an enquiry. We then save the tags with that enquiry to understand which link brought it to us. These tags can be set by whoever made the link and do not by themselves verify an ad click. We do not use this feature to store an advertising click ID.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to you, assess fit, prepare a scope and price, deliver approved work, maintain project and sales records, improve our services, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.

Storage and disclosure

Information may be stored using reputable website, hosting, communications, analytics and business-service providers. We disclose it only where reasonably required to provide the service, protect our systems, obtain professional advice or comply with law. Some providers may process data outside Australia.

Marketing communications

An enquiry allows us to contact you about that enquiry. We will not treat it as permission for unrelated mass marketing. You may ask us to stop non-essential communications at any time.

Access, correction and deletion

You may ask what personal information we hold, request a correction or ask us to delete information that we no longer need to retain, using the contact route above. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards and restrict internal sales information to authorised access. No internet system is completely risk-free. We retain information only while it is reasonably needed for the purposes above, dispute management or legal and accounting requirements.

Complaints and changes

Contact us using the details above if you have a privacy concern. We will investigate and respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. We may update this policy when our systems or legal obligations change, with the effective date shown above.
